Work must have pictures to document work performed to submit to your insurance company (discounts vary, check with your insurance carrier).

In conjunction with this information, Lyons Roofing is excited to get you insurance discounts with the installation of this Secondary Water Barrier (Also known as SWR), which falls under Florida’s Wind Mitigation Inspections. This protective underlayment provides additional protection from water damage in cases where roof covering is lost, and can provide insurance credits or discounts if installed properly. Lyons Roofing Inc. has completed thousands of Honest, Prompt, and Professional roof inspections for the real estate industry. We are one of the few roof companies that can provide this certification which is now a requirement for most banks. We provide full inspection of all accessible areas (interior & exterior) of home and roof system, approximate age and life expectancy of roof system and type of tile or shingle (color & manufacturer), we also provide a full written report with a graphed description of all deficiencies (not just a check box, or vague description of areas found) and two years warranty of all repairs completed.
